All our products are handmade with love & we hope you love them back. With that said, we get it – returns happen. If you’re not happy with your order or there’s an issue, let us know so we can help!
In most cases you will need to return the order to us to qualify for a refund however in the very rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us and we will exchange the item for you as soon as possible. If you do not want an exchange we will offer a refund.
Please note that to keep good manufacturing records we may ask for photographic evidence, or in the case of a fault, we will arrange a return of the goods for quality control & testing.
For an order cancellation:
You have a right to cancel your order from the time you have placed the order and within 14 days after receipt of the goods. Let us know of your decision via this contact form.
Once we confirm acknowledgement of your returns request you will then have 14 days to send the goods back. When we receive the goods back we will confirm receipt and process your refund.
Due to the nature of our products, the item(s) returned will need to be unused, in the original product and outer packaging and in a resalable condition.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs. However, if we’ve made a mistake then we think it’s only fair we handle shipping back to you for the replacement.
