Products & Process
Do your products contain any synthetics or parabens?
NO. Absolutely all MYTHYN products are completely free from: Parabens, Sulfate, Propylene Glycols, PEGS, TEA, Artificial Colours, Petroleum derivatives, Fragrances or any other toxic nasties. To find out about the gorgeous, high quality, 100% natural, vegetarian and cruelty-free ingredients I do use, click here.
I have very sensitive skin. Are your products suitable for me?
MYTHYN started from wanting to create entirely natural, moisturising and caring skin & bath products suitable for sensitive skin without being less of anything in terms of the experience. Skin sensitivity exists on a wide range so it is not possible for us to promise suitability. In the shop, you will find both scented unscented options as well – if you have experience with your skin reacting to essential oils, take a look at the products here as they are made without.
We always advise you try a patch test at first when trying new skincare products.
Are your products pregnancy-safe?
We are unable to advise on your specific needs. If unsure please check with your medical advisor on any ingredients you are using/looking to use. Inside each of our product listings, you will find full ingredients list so you can verify. In addition, we do have products here which are essential-oil free.
Do you offer samples?
Sometimes we have soap bars that come out looking less than perfect – rough edges, inconsistent colour inside, maybe they were just a little too small to make our labelled weight, or we poured the batch too thick and it looks uneven. Instead of disposing of these otherwise beautiful soap bars, we cut them into sample sizes to gift our customers when they place an order.
